Custom ring orders

The consumer buys from the jeweller. The jeweller reviews the design and pays our manufacturing quote. We then source, make and ship to the retailer.

1. Customer and retailer

The end customer designs and buys at the retailer's own price and terms. That sale is between them. The order appears in the retailer dashboard with its frozen specification.

2. Retailer confirmation and payment

The retailer compares our USD supplier cost with their customer sale price. They may decline before payment; confirming and paying accepts the frozen quote and specification. Successful payment triggers the selected stone hold.

3. Platform acceptance

Our team reviews the paid order within about 1 business day. We either accept, purchase the held stone and begin manufacturing, or cancel and refund the retailer in full. A paid custom order cannot be cancelled by the retailer.

4. Manufacture and two deliveries

Standard production normally takes 4 weeks. We ship insured to the retailer with internal tracking. The retailer performs any final handling and separately ships to the customer; only that outbound retailer shipment is the customer's “Shipped” milestone.

5. Defects

Report a specification mismatch or manufacturing defect within 7 days. Verified issues are corrected or remade at our cost. Post-delivery damage, ordinary wear, off-order resizing and consumer change of mind are excluded.
