Evermore Jewellery Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates At the Atelier. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, business name, phone, login credentials and billing or delivery address.
• Business information: legal invoice name, country, tax or company registration identifiers, store currency, timezone, branding and pricing preferences.
• Payment information: no card is collected for the current self-serve trial. When you later make a payment, gateway partners process it; we do not store card details.
• Usage data: pages, features, consultation activity, device and browser information.
• Design and order data: saved ring specifications and orders.
• Communications and preferences: support tickets, emails, messages and your optional marketing choice.

2. How we use information

• Provide and maintain the service.
• Create the retailer storefront, prepare invoices, process orders and—when activated—subscriptions and payments.
• Send essential service, trial, billing and support messages.
• Send product news or offers only when the retailer separately opts in; the retailer can opt out at any time.
• Improve the platform and comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

3. Retailers' end customers

End customers are the retailer's customers, not ours. We hold their design, contact and order information on the retailer's behalf only to deliver the service. We do not market to them or sell their details. Transactional order messages use the retailer's branding.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with payment processors, cloud infrastructure, couriers, transactional-email providers and legal authorities where required by law.

5. Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and as long as needed to provide the service or meet Indian tax, invoice and accounting requirements. We use TLS, managed cloud hosting and role-based access controls. No electronic system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

6. Your rights

Ask for a copy, correction or deletion by emailing support@attheatelier.com from the registered address. We respond within 30 days. Required legal records cannot be deleted early.

7. Cookies and international processing

Essential cookies maintain sessions and preferences; analytics cookies may help us understand usage. Infrastructure providers may process data outside India under contractual safeguards.

8. Children, changes and contact

This business service is not directed to anyone under 18. Updates appear here with a revised date.
