Trial & Subscription Policy

The price, the card authorization, the free period, the codes, the Prototype Kit and cancellation, stated plainly.

Short version: The Digital Ring Builder costs $99 per month. A business in India pays ₹9,499 per month in Indian rupees (INR). You authorize a card when you sign up, before we review your application. We charge nothing before the free period ends, and nothing if we do not approve the application. The free period is 30 days from the approval, or longer with a code. The Prototype Kit gives 12 months of the Digital Ring Builder free. See section 7.

1. Card authorization at sign-up

  • After you verify the owner email, you authorize a card in a secure payment window. You do this before we review the application, also when nothing is due today.
  • Our payment partner places a small temporary verification charge and refunds it automatically.
  • Before you authorize the card, we show the price, the free period, the billing frequency, the renewal terms and the cancellation route, and we ask for your agreement.
  • The email verification and the card authorization submit an application for review. They do not activate access.

2. Free period and first charge

This section applies from 23 October 2026 (version 2026-10-23).

  • Each approved business gets 30 days free. The free period starts on the day we approve the application.
  • A subscription code can give free months. These months start when the 30 free days end. The free period is then the free days and the free months together.
  • A subscription code can give a percentage off for a set number of months. These months start when the free period ends. After them, the full price applies.
  • The first charge is on the day the free period ends. The subscription then charges $99 per month to the authorized card until you cancel.
  • A business in India pays in Indian rupees (INR), because an Indian card can pay a recurring charge only in INR. The business country or the billing country of the application decides the currency. The price is ₹9,499 per month. We show the INR price before you authorize the card, and that price applies to your subscription.

3. Subscription codes

A business can use a code once. We show what the code does before you authorize the card. We can stop a code offer at any time. A code that you applied stays valid for your subscription.

4. Approval or rejection

  • If we approve the application, the store goes live and the free period starts.
  • If we do not approve the application, we cancel the card authorization. We charge nothing.

5. Notices

We can send email and dashboard reminders before the first charge and before a renewal. A reminder is not an invoice.

6. Cancellation

Cancel on the billing page of the dashboard, or email support@attheatelier.com from the registered address. Cancel before the free period ends and we charge nothing. After a charge, the cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period.

7. Prototype Kit buyers

This section applies from 8 October 2026 (version 2026-10-08).

  • The Prototype Kit gives 12 months of the Digital Ring Builder free. A Kit buyer makes no separate card authorization.
  • The buyer pays for the Kit in one secure payment window. We charge the Kit amount at checkout and authorize the same card for the subscription.
  • We charge the card $99.00 USD per month from 12 months after the purchase. Cancel any time before a charge on the billing page or by email to support@attheatelier.com.
  • The store starts when we approve the retailer application that the order email links to. The free months run to the subscription start date in the order email and on the billing page.
  • A Kit refund before dispatch takes the free months back; we then cancel the subscription. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. After expiry

  • Retailer admin access ends and offers a resubscription path.
  • The white-label storefront shows customers only a neutral “work in progress” state, never billing or platform details.
  • We make no further charge.
  • A new subscription restores settings, designs and order history.
  • After 60 cancelled days we can remove the widget. We keep the account and its history.

9. Data

We keep settings, designs and order history so that we can restore them and meet legal record rules. We handle personal-data deletion requests under the Privacy Policy.
