This covers Prototypes Kits and custom manufactured rings; software access is delivered online.

1. Addresses and service delivery

Software credentials arrive by email. Physical goods ship only to the registered business address of an account-holding jeweller, not the public, an unregistered residence or a post-office box. A dispatched shipment cannot be redirected.

2. Kits and custom rings

Kits dispatch within 10 business days. Custom production begins after our acceptance, normally takes 4 weeks, and may have a separately priced per-ring express option. Rings ship insured for full value. Multi-ring orders may track and ship separately. Courier and tracking details appear by email and in the dashboard on dispatch.

3. Charges, tax and duties

Shipping is shown before payment. Destination customs duty, import tax and clearance fees are paid by the recipient. GST is itemised where Indian law requires it.

4. Tracking, delays and failed delivery

If tracking does not update for 5 business days, contact support. Courier, customs, holiday and force-majeure delays may extend delivery. Incorrect-address, unattended or refused shipments may incur re-shipment cost; goods unclaimed for 30 days after return may be treated as abandoned.

5. Transit damage, title and risk

Photograph damaged packaging before opening and report within 7 days with order number and photos. Verified damage is replaced at our cost. Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery to the supplied address.
